Booking for a team
Book several seats on one booking and everyone gets looked after — a discount, their own check-in code, and their own reminder.
The discount is automatic
Seats booked together on one booking earn a discount:
- 3 or 4 seats — 5% off
- 5 or more seats — 10% off
There’s no code to enter; it comes off at checkout.
Two things worth knowing. The discount counts seats, not days — one person booking five days pays the normal rate, and the weekly rate is the better deal there. And it doesn’t stack on the monthly rate, which is already priced well below the daily one.
You don’t need the names when you pay
Pay for the seats first. We’ll email you a link to add your colleagues, and you can use it any time before the booking starts — so a team that isn’t finalised on Monday is no reason to delay booking.
Keep that email. The link is how you manage the booking afterwards.
Everyone gets their own code
Each person you add gets their own invitation. They confirm their details on a short form — no account, no password — and we email them their own check-in code.
That matters on the day: they can arrive separately, at different times, and check themselves in at the tablet without you being there. Reception sees “3 of 5 arrived” rather than one booking that’s either in or out.
We email each of them a reminder the day before, too.
About marketing email
Adding a colleague to your booking never signs them up for anything. They get their code and their reminder, and nothing else.
Marketing email only ever goes to people who ask for it themselves, by ticking the box on their own confirmation page. You can’t opt someone else in, and neither can we.
Removing someone
Changed your mind about who’s coming? Open your manage link and withdraw the invitation. Their code stops working and the place goes back to the booking, so you can add someone else.
