Quick start — your first agent in 5 minutes
From zero to a running AI agent, step by step. No code, no setup.
Before you start
- You need an expert account on RAiN (business accounts don't use the studio).
- Sign in at www.rain.com.ng — the same login works across the whole network.
The five steps
1 · Open RAiN Build Dashboard sidebar → Grow → RAiN Build. The studio opens at build.rain.com.ng, already signed in.
2 · Describe your agent In the prompt box, type what it should do — for example:
A support agent that answers customer questions from our knowledge base, and escalates anything it can't answer.
Click Build it. RAiN designs the agents and tasks and opens them on the canvas.
3 · Give it knowledge Toolbar → Settings → paste a few real facts into Knowledge base (opening hours, prices, policies — whatever your agent should know). Save.
4 · Run it Click Run, type a test question a customer might ask, and click Run again. Watch each agent's step appear live as it works.
5 · Read the trace When it finishes, the Execution tab opens with the full trace — every step and the final output. Not happy with a step? Tell the Build with AI panel what to change ("make the reply shorter and friendlier") and run again.

If something doesn't work

| A model says (key needed) | Pick a Claude model, or paste your provider key when asked |
| "Daily run limit reached" | The limit resets at midnight UTC |
