Book a workspace

RAiN runs a physical workspace with high-speed internet and 24/7 power that stays on, a place to build your AI software and business packages, train, and meet clients. You can book online and pay by card; you don’t need a RAiN account.

Finding your branch

Open Workspace in the top menu. If we have more than one location you’ll pick your city first; with a single space you go straight to its rooms. Prices and availability are per branch, so what you see is what that building has.

What you can book

Focus Seat — one comfortable seat in the main hall, with power at hand in a room built for deep work. Sold per seat, by the day, week or month. Book several seats together for your team.

Training Room — a private room seating up to 15, with a screen and whiteboard. Booked whole and by the hour or the day, so the room is yours for the session — no strangers, no interruptions.

Opening hours

We’re open 9am to 6pm, and that’s what a booking gives you — so there are no start and end times to set. You pick the days, and each of them runs 9am to 6pm.

Your last day is included: book a single date and you have that day; book Monday to Friday and you have all five.

If a space is sold by the hour, you pick the date, the hour you want to start, and how many hours you need. Only hours we’re actually open are offered, and a booking can’t run past closing.

Booking today? You get the rest of today — the price is the same, so it’s worth arriving early.

Book a space

Open Workspace, choose the branch if you’re asked, and pick a space.
Choose how long you need it — by the hour, day, week or month, depending on what the space is sold by.
Choose how many seats (or, for a room, how many people are coming).
Pick your dates. The price updates as you go.
Add your name, phone and email, then tap Reserve.
Pay securely via Paystack.

You’ll get a booking code like RW-8F3K2 on screen and by email. Bring it — reception looks it up and shows you to your space.

Your booking code

Your code arrives once your payment has cleared — on screen and by email, and by text if you gave us a number. Until then the booking page shows a placeholder, because the code is what gets you through the door.

Availability

Every booking is checked against what’s actually free for your dates before you pay, and your space is held while you complete payment. If a space is taken you’ll be told before any money moves — you’ll never be charged for a seat that isn’t there.

A seat you don’t pay for is released after about ten minutes, so an abandoned checkout doesn’t block anyone else.

Just turn up

You don’t have to book ahead. Walk in and reception will check what’s free, book you on the spot and take payment at the desk. You still get a booking code.
