What we collect (in short)
- Your account & profile — name, email, phone/WhatsApp, and the answers you give during onboarding.
- Your activity — match requests, projects, milestones, and the evidence experts upload.
- Voice — if you talk to the Rain assistant, your audio is processed to understand your request and reply.
We never sell your personal data, and our public expert directory is PII-free — it never exposes contact details.
Cookies & your choice
When you first visit RAiN, a small notice lets you Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. We remember your choice, and you can change it any time by clearing the cookie in your browser. Some cookies are strictly necessary — they keep you signed in and the site secure — and can't be switched off.

Your rights & contact
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent where it applies. If you cancel during sign-up, we permanently delete everything you entered.
