Connecting your own accounts

RAiN AI Studio can work inside accounts you already own, so an agent can read a message or update a sheet on your behalf — automatically, and while nobody is watching. Two things are worth knowing before you connect one:

  • We never receive your password. You sign in with the service itself and approve what you are granting. What comes back is an authorisation, and it is held by an integration provider on our instructions rather than by us.
  • You can revoke it at any time, in RAiN or from the service's own security settings — the second works even if you stop using RAiN entirely.

The Integrations & Connected Accounts notice has the detail, and you are asked to accept it at the moment you connect an account rather than buried in a sign-up form.

What we collect (in short)

  • Your account & profile — name, email, phone/WhatsApp, and the answers you give during onboarding.
  • Your activity — match requests, projects, milestones, and the evidence experts upload.
  • Voice — if you talk to the Rain assistant, your audio is processed to understand your request and reply.

We never sell your personal data, and our public expert directory is PII-free — it never exposes contact details.

Cookies & your choice

When you first visit RAiN, a small notice lets you Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. We remember your choice, and you can change it any time by clearing the cookie in your browser. Some cookies are strictly necessary — they keep you signed in and the site secure — and can't be switched off.

Your rights & contact

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent where it applies. If you cancel during sign-up, we permanently delete everything you entered.
